  • Where attention goes, energy flows. This breath exercise will allow you to energetically tap into your pussy wisdom, activate your kundalini life force and take out the winter compost. 
  • Find a comfortable laying down position with your knees bent and open like a butterfly (I love to prop my knees on pillows). 
  • Bring your hands, breath and awareness down into your pussy. 
  • Focus on the inhale and imagine (fake it till you make it) sucking up breath through your pussy like you are drinking through a straw. 
  • On your exhale, relax your labia, allowing them to open and blossom out.  Hot tip: Open your jaw, and make an aaaahhh sound while you soften your belly and send energy down.
  • You may need to stay here for some time practicing the inhale, sipping up and exhale, blossoming open. 
  • Even now, while you are reading this, bring your attention to your labia and see if you can exhale and fully open your flower petals. It almost feels like a pushing out, yet it’s so subtle.
